SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship United States Postal Service – usually gets to the recipient within 3-5 days from shipping.  You will receive an email notice with tracking once your package has shipped.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We don’t ship internationally yet.

Please make sure that you submit the correct shipping address as this is where your shipment will be mailed to.  Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to INCORRECT addresses. 

 

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery or if for any reason your package is returned, the customer is responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Love & Sugar. This shipping charge applies even if your order originally qualified for free shipping. The purpose of this is to cover unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. Any additional shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

If the recipient has not received the package, please contact USPS first as they may need additional information from you – reference your tracking number. If no resolution is made, please contact us. and we will work together to resolve.

****Please make sure to check our message board for CURRENT production turnaround time as this window does fluctuate based on order volume.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Returns and exchange details

Sorry, we do not accept cancellations. 

 

Due to the custom made and nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds and not returns are accepted.  Exchanges and order cancellations are not accepted. 

Any additional shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.  

 

All orders are custom made and thoroughly inspected before mailing off, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES allowed. Before ordering, please read listing instructions thoroughly and leave all necessary information. Failure to follow listing instructions could result in a misprint at no fault or responsibility of our shop.

  

Please keep in mind that the color of the actual merchandise can slightly vary from the color you see on your monitor, convo us if you need color confirmation.
